  • Own review and structuring of B2B SaaS deals (new, renewals, expansions).
  • Advise Sales on standard vs custom SaaS terms; judge deal size and risk.
  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-order with HubSpot and DealHub; ensure pricing.
  • Coordinate contract redlines and execution with Legal via DocuSign IAM.
  • Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, RevOps; collaborate with Asia/Europe.
  • Define and enforce deal desk SLAs, approvals escalation paths.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Deal Desk/Rev Ops/Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting subscription revenue models (annual and multi-year).
  • Knowledge of standard SaaS contracts; pricing, billing terms, termination, SLAs.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance.
  • Strong commercial judgment; influence without authority; detail-oriented.
