- 4β6+ years in Deal Desk/Rev Ops/Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting subscription revenue models (annual and multi-year).
- Knowledge of standard SaaS contracts; pricing, billing terms, termination, SLAs.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM (preferred).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance.
- Strong commercial judgment; influence without authority; detail-oriented.
