  • Own review and structuring of B2B SaaS deals (new, renewals, expansions)
  • Advise Sales on standard vs custom terms by deal size and risk
  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-order with HubSpot and DealHub
  • Partner with Legal to coordinate contract redlines and DocuSign IAM
  • Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, RevOps to keep deals moving
  • Define and enforce deal desk SLAs and escalation paths

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Deal Desk or RevOps in B2B SaaS
  • Proven subs revenue model exp with annual/multi-year contracts
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS contract structures and customization (pricing, SLAs)
  • Ability to apply business judgment on custom contracts balancing speed and risk
  • Sharp attention to detail; manage multiple deals in fast-paced SaaS
  • Excellent communication; partner with Sales, Legal, Finance
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM
