  • Own review and structuring of B2B SaaS deals (new, renewals, expansions)
  • Advise Sales on standard vs custom contracts based on deal size, risk, and value
  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-order process using HubSpot and DealHub
  • Partner with Legal to coordinate contract redlines and DocuSign IAM approvals
  • Serve as primary liaison across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and RevOps
  • Define and enforce deal desk SLAs and escalation paths

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Deal Desk or RevOps in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with subscription revenue models: annual and multi-year contracts
  • Knowledge of standard SaaS contracts and custom terms (pricing, billing, termination, SLAs)
  • Apply business judgment on custom contracts, balancing speed, risk, revenue impact
  • Detail-oriented; manage multiple deals in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication with Sales, Legal, and Finance
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM (preferred)
