- Serve as primary liaison across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and RevOps
- Define and enforce deal desk SLAs and escalation paths
π― Requirements
- 4β6+ years in Deal Desk or RevOps in B2B SaaS
- Experience with subscription revenue models: annual and multi-year contracts
- Knowledge of standard SaaS contracts and custom terms (pricing, billing, termination, SLAs)
- Apply business judgment on custom contracts, balancing speed, risk, revenue impact
- Detail-oriented; manage multiple deals in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Excellent communication with Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Hands-on with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM (preferred)
