Own APAC execution; ensure bookings accuracy, policy compliance, and quality.
Primary execution/escalation partner for the FGCC; guidance on complex scenarios.
Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance on complex deals; ensure adherence to processes.
Support month-end and quarter-end close; reconcile as needed.
Identify discrepancies/trends; drive process improvements via data reviews.
Develop/analyze performance reporting; create dashboards for planning.

🎯 Requirements

6–8+ years experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related role.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar tools.
Ability to move fast, adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Bonus: Bi-lingual English / Japanese.
