  • Serve as power user and finance lead for CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and revenue ops.
  • Design, document, and improve revenue operations processes and standards.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on quote-to-cash with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product.
  • Identify operational risks and build performance measurement models.
  • Analyze data and deliver reporting to reveal key revenue drivers.
  • Standardize dashboards and reporting to support leadership decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales/Revenue Ops with proven process improvements.
  • CRM workflow auditing and bottleneck identification.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce highly desirable.
  • Identify operational risks and design measurement frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, operations, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition is a plus.
