- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product on quote-to-cash and pricing.
- Identify operational risks and build models to evaluate workflow performance.
- Analyze data and deliver reporting for visibility into revenue drivers.
- Standardize dashboards and tracking to support leadership decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
π― Requirements
- 6+ years in sales/operations or revenue ops with process improvements.
- Proficient in CRM workflow auditing and bottleneck identification.
- Experience in HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC) is highly desirable.
- Identify operational risks and design process measurement frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, operations, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
