  • Act as power user for CRM systems (HubSpot/SFDC) and revenue ops workflows.
  • Design and improve revenue ops processes for a scalable global function.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product on quote-to-cash and pricing.
  • Identify operational risks and build models to evaluate workflow performance.
  • Analyze data and deliver reporting for visibility into revenue drivers.
  • Standardize dashboards and tracking to support leadership decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales/operations or revenue ops with process improvements.
  • Proficient in CRM workflow auditing and bottleneck identification.
  • Experience in HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC) is highly desirable.
  • Identify operational risks and design process measurement frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, operations, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
