Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own GTM data model architecture and administration
• Build and maintain GTM integrations (HubSpot, Gong, Lemlist, Sales Navigator)
• Enforce CRM data quality: dedup, enrichment, validation, hygiene
• Design dashboards and data views for revenue visibility
• Build and manage HubSpot and n8n workflows
• Support data foundation for AI tools with programmatic access
• Document architecture, data dictionaries, integration maps
• Troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies
• Evaluate and onboard new GTM tools; manage vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years CRM admin with HubSpot expertise
• Strong data architecture: schema, objects, normalization
• API/middleware integrations (n8n, Zapier, Make) or native connectors
• Comfortable coding to manipulate data (Python, JavaScript)
• Data quality tooling: dedup, enrichment, validation, hygiene
• Dashboards and reports used by revenue teams
• Familiar with AI tooling; data quality underpins AI
• Understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing funnels
• GTM platforms beyond CRM: Gong, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Planhat
• Diagnose and resolve complex data/system issues
• Explain data/systems concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product
