- Own and optimize sales and customer success processes from account to close.

π― Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations for B2B SaaS.
- Strong Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, data model).
- Experience with CS platforms; Salesforce admin cert is a plus.
- GTM tech: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism/ZoomInfo; AI tools preferred.
- Familiarity with ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
