  • Own and optimize sales and customer success processes from account to close.
  • Ensure data accuracy of pipeline and opportunities (accounts, stages, ACV).
  • Maintain standardized pipeline, bookings, and forecast reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations for B2B SaaS.
  • Strong Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, data model).
  • Experience with CS platforms; Salesforce admin cert is a plus.
  • GTM tech: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism/ZoomInfo; AI tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
