  • Own annual and quarterly revenue planning with Sales and Finance.
  • Build a single source of truth for GTM performance, pipeline and forecasts.
  • Drive the GTM operating cadence β€” QBRs, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls.
  • Lead RevOps team across sales, marketing, CS, and data/analytics.
  • Design consistent sales processes across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition and board reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Revenue Ops or GTM, with at least 3 years in a manager role.
  • Proven SaaS revenue growth and ops excellence with ARR 75M-300M+.
  • Deep Salesforce CRM expertise plus BI/analytics tools and GTM tech ecosystem.
  • Strong SaaS metrics, revenue modeling, and forecasting.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing RevOps teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management; influence C-suite and Board.
