  • Own core SalesOps processes: lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management.
  • Support pipeline hygiene and reporting across stages.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and productivity.
  • Analyze daily, weekly and monthly KPIs; flag issues to Sales Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into action.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact.
  • Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion.
  • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong).
