π― Requirements
- STEM degree required.
- 6+ years in Sales Strategy, Operations, or Revenue Ops in SaaS / B2B tech.
- Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB consulting preferred.
- Proven experience scaling revenue ops in early-stage or growth-stage environments.
- Expertise in forecasting, territory design, quota-setting, funnel analytics.
- CRM and GTM systems knowledge, esp. Salesforce; routing, scoring, dashboards, automation.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- High ownership; able to operate at strategic and operational levels.
