πŸ“‹ Description

  • Define, build and implement sales and revenue operations end-to-end.
  • Lead funnel processes, forecasting discipline, data accuracy, KPI tracking.
  • Drive sales productivity: onboarding, enablement, and ramp for new hires.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and Ops.
  • Oversee pipeline quality and GTM systems (Salesforce, dashboards, automations).
  • Build and scale the Sales Strategy & Operations function and global best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • STEM degree required.
  • 6+ years in Sales Strategy, Operations, or Revenue Ops in SaaS / B2B tech.
  • Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB consulting preferred.
  • Proven experience scaling revenue ops in early-stage or growth-stage environments.
  • Expertise in forecasting, territory design, quota-setting, funnel analytics.
  • CRM and GTM systems knowledge, esp. Salesforce; routing, scoring, dashboards, automation.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • High ownership; able to operate at strategic and operational levels.
