  • Define, build and implement sales and revenue ops end-to-end.
  • Drive sales productivity: onboarding, enablement, ramp.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Fever Originals on GTM.
  • Oversee pipeline quality and coverage for high-conversion funnel.
  • Optimize GTM systems (Salesforce, routing, dashboards, automations).
  • Build and scale Sales Strategy & Operations with global best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • STEM degree required.
  • 6+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in SaaS/B2B tech.
  • Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB preferred.
  • Proven experience scaling sales/revenue ops in growth environments.
  • Forecasting, territory design, quota-setting, funnel analytics.
  • CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce) incl. routing, scoring, dashboards.
