- STEM degree required.
- 6+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in SaaS/B2B tech.
- Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB preferred.
- Proven experience scaling sales/revenue ops in growth environments.
- Forecasting, territory design, quota-setting, funnel analytics.
- CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce) incl. routing, scoring, dashboards.
