🎯 Requirements

  • STEM degree required.
  • 6+ years in Sales Strategy/Ops or Revenue Ops (SaaS/B2B).
  • Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB preferred.
  • Proven scaling of sales/revenue ops in growth-stage.
  • Forecasting, territory design, quota setting, funnel analytics; Salesforce CRM.
  • Cross-functional collaborator with influence across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Partnerships, and Product.
