  • Own end-to-end revenue ops across pre-sale to billing.
  • Develop and maintain RFP lifecycle SOPs.
  • Lead forecasting, pacing, and revenue reporting with Finance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and design scalable efficiency solutions.
  • Provide strategic analysis to support planning and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or related
  • 3+ experience in healthcare/pharma or regulated advertising environments
  • Experience supporting Sales and Ad Ops and/or Campaign Ops teams
  • Strong systems mindset with hands-on CRM (HubSpot or similar) and OMS
  • Experience with ad servers and analytics tools (Metabase or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management
