  • Own the deal desk; review pricing, discounts, and terms; ensure ASC 606 compliance.
  • Partner with Product & FP&A to develop scalable pricing for B2B/B2C and international markets.
  • Support forecasting and reporting for bookings, ARR, churn; analyze pipeline and revenue trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize quote-to-cash and CRM/billing integrations.
  • Support strategic planning, quota design, and Board reporting (profitability and discount analysis).
  • Act as finance partner to GTM/Product/Operations; advise on pricing, packaging, and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years experience in Sales Finance, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations at SaaS.
  • Strong SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, bookings) and financial modeling; manage approvals.
  • Proficiency with CRM & billing tools (HubSpot, Chargebee, Stripe, Zuora); ASC 606 knowledge.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with high-volume, international businesses; FX exposure.
  • Understanding of US GAAP; partner with Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (nice to have).
