  • AI-first mindset - you actively use and experiment with AI tools to automate, analyse, and accelerate work
  • Data-savvy - comfortable building your own dashboards and queries
  • Bias toward execution - you build, test, and iterate without waiting for perfection
  • Curious, systems-minded, and love making things run smoother every day
