  • Ensure clean, scalable workflows across sales, renewals, expansions, and services.
  • Partner with BI, Marketing Ops, and RevOps on system boundaries and data contracts.
  • Support Sales and CS across New York and San Francisco; improve forecasting accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven RevOps, Sales Ops, or Commercial Ops in high-growth tech.
  • Hands-on HubSpot ownership and scaling.
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, renewals, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Comfort with BI data, data models, and reporting.
  • Experience with Jiminny, Customer.io, Census, Metabase; SQL fluency.
