🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years in Sales/RevOps or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, Product.
  • Strong analytics; proficient in Excel/Sheets and data viz tools.
  • CRM/BI tools: Dynamics and Power BI preferred; Salesforce valued.
  • Lead Americas forecasting: weekly calls, pipeline health, call accuracy.
  • Territory design and quota management for Americas; GTM capacity planning.
