  • Lead Americas RevOps, aligning Sales, Marketing, and CS with Global RevOps.
  • Own Americas GTM heartbeat from pipeline generation through renewal.
  • Lead day-to-day RevOps for the region: quotas, forecasting, planning.
  • Partner with regional GTM leaders to align data, tools, and processes.
  • Own the regional RevOps tech stack; ensure data accuracy and tools efficiency.
  • Drive GTM tool adoption and enablement across the region.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in Sales/Revenue Ops or GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Territory design, quota management, revenue forecasting experience.
  • CRM/BI tools expert; Salesforce, Dynamics, Power BI; Excel.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Product.
  • Strong analytics; Excel/Sheets and data visualization.
  • NA and LATAM distributed sales experience; exec communication.
