📋 Description

  • Own and scale Sierra’s go-to-market engine, impacting pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Lead GTM processes: sales territory design, lead routing, and pipeline management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable revenue solutions.
  • Own high-impact GTM areas (e.g., RFP workflows) and build processes from scratch.
  • Identify GTM inefficiencies and design scalable solutions to scale Sierra.
  • Act as trusted partner to GTM leadership, prioritizing initiatives and driving cross-team alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-10 years in management consulting, revenue or sales operations, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience with managing teams is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • SQL experience.
