🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy in SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills turning data into insights
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes across Sales/Marketing/CS
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong project management capabilities; deliver complex initiatives on time
  • Familiarity with RevOps tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, Pocus, LeanData
  • Understand SaaS unit economics, PLG vs sales-led motions, CPQ fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Based in the US or Canada, in the EST or CST timezones
