Update Salesforce and Kantata fields to keep opportunities and projects accurate and timely.
Perform regular data quality checks, audits, and cleanups for downstream reporting.
Support system enhancements by testing, validation, and documentation.
Identify recurring issues and partner with IT and RevOps on scalable PE solutions.
Surface trends and data gaps to RevOps, IT, FP&A, and PE leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on data management and tech proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Interest in Salesforce, Kantata, CRM/PSA; Salesforce/PSA exposure a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication; service-oriented.
Analytical and problem-solving with a process improvement mindset.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business/analytics; ET shift; AI RevOps.
