  • Own the resolution of Jira tickets and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support Jira tickets and system access requests for the Growth team.
  • Work cross-functionally to reduce monthly contact rate and engage with senior admins on enhancements.
  • Be essential in supporting requests that are sent from sales associates on the Growth team.
  • Identify efficiencies or improvements to reduce case volume and improve UX.

🎯 Requirements

  • You have 1+ years of experience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise apps.
  • Experience supporting stakeholders in large-scale sales/service org (50-200 users).
  • Experience managing a ticketing system with high volume (β‰ˆ1,000/month).
  • You are interested in learning from an experienced team how to support Salesforce and best-in-class sales apps.
  • You are a self-starter who can distill complex problems into simple solutions.
  • You work well with teams from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
