- Experience supporting stakeholders in large-scale sales/service org (50-200 users).
- Experience managing a ticketing system with high volume (β1,000/month).
- You are interested in learning from an experienced team how to support Salesforce and best-in-class sales apps.
- You are a self-starter who can distill complex problems into simple solutions.
- You work well with teams from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
