  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales process for efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot ops issues across marketing, sales, and CX; support CPQ and sales tech.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance, and Legal on sales ops.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions with internal teams.
  • Support CPQ and deal desk; ensure deals are properly structured and documented.
  • Create/update quotes in SFDC/CPQ; maintain pipeline and audit data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in operations, analytics, or related field.
  • Excellent communicator; bridge between business users and technical partners.
  • Strong problem-solving; identify root causes and patterns.
  • Prioritize and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and coachable; seeks feedback and rapid learning.
  • Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Legal, and tech.
