  • Design and optimize top-of-funnel merchant lifecycle processes with automation
  • Own lead routing logic and lifecycle dependencies; partner with Business Systems
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal
  • Support attribution tracking and funnel analysis for marketing and early funnel
  • Own workflow automations (Slack, cross-tool workflows, triggers)
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
  • 2+ years of revenue, sales, or marketing operations experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Pardot and HubSpot
  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets; solid BI tooling knowledge
  • Experience with lead lifecycle tools (RingLead, LeanData) and data enrichment (Clay/ZoomInfo)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects
