  • Develop a deep understanding of GTM data across the revenue lifecycle (lead β†’ opportunity β†’ revenue β†’ retention)
  • Own and improve data quality, including pipeline hygiene, contact/account data, and overall CRM integrity
  • Build scalable reporting and dashboards to support pipeline generation, sales performance, and business insights
  • Perform ad hoc analyses across multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce, product data, marketing systems) to inform decision-making
  • Design and implement workflows, automations, and process improvements within the GTM tech stack
  • Collaborate with Systems/Technical teams to define requirements and enhance tooling and integrations

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical/technical GTM role
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), including reporting, data models, and process design
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools and data platforms (Clay, Databricks, Gong, Outreach, etc.) β€” experience with these is a strong plus
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
  • Ability to think critically and connect data to business context and outcomes
