- Develop a deep understanding of GTM data across the revenue lifecycle (lead β opportunity β revenue β retention)
- Own and improve data quality, including pipeline hygiene, contact/account data, and overall CRM integrity
- Build scalable reporting and dashboards to support pipeline generation, sales performance, and business insights
- Perform ad hoc analyses across multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce, product data, marketing systems) to inform decision-making
- Design and implement workflows, automations, and process improvements within the GTM tech stack
- Collaborate with Systems/Technical teams to define requirements and enhance tooling and integrations
π― Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical/technical GTM role
- Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), including reporting, data models, and process design
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools and data platforms (Clay, Databricks, Gong, Outreach, etc.) β experience with these is a strong plus
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
- Ability to think critically and connect data to business context and outcomes
