Monitor gaps in sales ops; propose data-backed improvements.
Coordinate with BI to harmonize data models; ensure CRM/BI consistency.
Collaborate with Rev Ops teams as internal process/data guide.
Gather and formalise process/tool requirements; monitor adoption.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field.
2–4 years in revenue operations, sales ops, or business operations.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Financial modeling, ARR/MRR calculations, and revenue recognition.
Familiarity with SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
