Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own ad-hoc reporting and analysis for Revenue leadership.
• Use AI tools to clean, enrich, and standardize data; document assumptions and workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and standardized reporting for self-serve visibility into performance and funnel health.
• Report on lead generation, campaign ROI, attribution, and funnel contribution; define metrics with marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to design solutions and automation.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured problem statements, clear metrics, and decision-ready narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in revenue analytics, revenue ops, or similar.
• Hands-on SQL and spreadsheets; dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Mode/Salesforce.
• Familiar with CRM/GTM systems; translate questions into analysis requirements.
• AI fluency for data cleaning, structuring, and automation.
• Strong analytical skills; high data quality; prioritization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
