Own pre-submission, submission, and post-submission Revenue Cycle workflows.
Identify, implement, and report on improvements in billing operations affecting profitability.
Lead projects to scale manual RCM operations to accelerate cash collections.
Build new initiatives, including international pricing, billing and cash collections.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI to reduce manual operations and speed cash collection.
Partner with Intelligence, Data and Product teams to align quarterly roadmaps with company goals.

🎯 Requirements

1.5–2 years experience in a startup or management consulting.
Comfort with ambiguity.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with different teams.
Undergraduate degree.
RCM knowledge preferred.
