- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning).
- Familiarity with RevOps tools and broader SaaS tech stack.
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, security, and reporting.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into plain English for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
- Desire to grow into a more advanced RevOps or Salesforce Admin role.
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction from senior team members.
