  • Own Salesforce as Figment's CRM and bridge Sales, Finance, and Data Science.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline reporting.
  • Ensure reliable data across the organization.
  • Lead Salesforce rationalization, governance, and data hygiene.
  • Build self-serve pipeline reporting and dashboards for leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, and Data Science to close gaps in pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a fast-growing tech company.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience: custom objects, reporting, dashboards, data management.
  • Experience optimizing or rationalizing Salesforce instance and owning CRM governance end-to-end.
  • CRM strategy and optimization thinking, able to assess current state, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to translate CRM insights into clear reporting for sales leadership and executives.
