- Own end-to-end GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Account Management.
- Reconcile revenue, bookings, and pipeline metrics between GTM and financial systems.
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health and revenue performance.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks across each motion.
- Translate raw data into insights and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.
- Identify gaps and growth opportunities within GTM motions using data-driven analysis.
๐ฏ Requirements
- SQL proficiency with complex queries to extract/transform/analyze GTM data.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools building dashboards and reports (Tableau preferred).
- Proficiency building Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills including data modeling and scenario analysis.
- Ability to define, document and standardize GTM metrics (funnel, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, retention, expansion).
- Ability to partner with department leadership to develop analysis that solves problems and aligns with RxVantage Go-To-Market Revenue Goals.
