🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops.
  • Deep HubSpot and Salesforce experience; routing/enrichment and sales engagement a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Analytical mindset; operations background preferred.
  • Ownership with urgency; strong organization and time management.
