🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or quantitative field.
  • 3+ years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Ops in B2B or SaaS.
  • Advanced analytical skills; translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excel (modeling, formulas, pivots) and PowerPoint for data storytelling.
  • Power BI and Power Query experience; build, transform, visualize data.
  • SQL or DAX proficiency; familiarity with forecasting, quota design.
