📋 Description

  • Design dashboards tracking revenue metrics across sales and marketing.
  • Analyze lead flow and funnel performance; identify friction and improve conversion.
  • Track pipeline growth, win/loss, and quota attainment; ensure data hygiene.
  • Standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks for data integrity.
  • Support annual/quarterly planning: capacity modeling and quota setting.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to align KPIs and surface trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • 3+ years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Ops in B2B or SaaS.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel (modeling, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (data storytelling).
  • Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query; build, transform, and visualize data.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or DAX; forecasting, quota design, territory management.
