Revenue Manager, FRM

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and document revenue controls across O2C, billing, and monetization.
• Support readiness assessments for new revenue processes, identifying risks and gaps.
• Maintain control documentation (RCMs, narratives, tests) for audit readiness.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue Ops, Data, and Finance Platforms to translate requirements into actions.
• Monitor control performance, track remediation, and escalate issues.
• Prepare leadership-ready summaries of revenue risks and control health.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA/CIA a plus.
• 6+ years in internal controls, SOX/ICFR, audit, or financial operations.
• Exposure to revenue processes like O2C, billing, subscriptions, and/or Ads.
• Understanding of control design fundamentals in revenue ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ERP/subledger systems and GRC tools.
