  • Lead revenue strategy for branded hotels in the AMER region.
  • Serve as Commercial Strategist for top brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt).
  • Align rate, yield, and ecommerce with brand standards.
  • Use proprietary systems for daily tasks (OnQ R&I, OneYield, ACRS, etc.).
  • Advise owners and GMs on inventory and pricing decisions.
  • Drive digital demand generation and market intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in senior revenue leadership (Director of Revenue Management, AGM, GM, or Director of Sales).
  • Knowledge of market-brand systems and brands.
  • Experience with elite hotels in dynamic markets.
  • Experience presenting results to owners/investors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable AI-driven workflows to boost productivity.
