Revenue Manager

📋 Description

• Own revenue recognition across all streams (workshops, books, content, services).
• Ensure GAAP and ASC 606 compliance and proper revenue timing.
• Review and approve deferred revenue schedules and amortization entries.
• Partner with CFO/Controller on close to ensure revenue balances are accurate.
• Escalate complex revenue questions and edge cases as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive revenue accounting experience.
• Accounts receivable, deferred revenue, ASC 606/GAAP, accrual accounting.
• Experience reconciling revenue across systems and CRM integrations (HubSpot, QuickBooks).
• Mentoring staff; strong Excel; hands-on process builder.
• Exposure to multiple revenue models; CPA or CPA-track is a plus.
