- 5+ years in sales/revenue ops/strategy at a B2B SaaS; 2+ years with APAC Enterprise.
- Business acumen and data literacy; pull data and derive insights.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and measuring experiments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and data-driven decisions.
- Strategic problem-solving; structure ambiguous problems.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker/Tableau; SQL a plus.
