- 7+ years in selling, leadership, or coaching with MEDDPICC and Challenger.
- Proven coaching success in complex, quota-driven environments.
- Strong facilitation and role-playing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure coaching impact.
- Experience onboarding and new hire training (preferred).
