  • Design and deliver onboarding, education, and sales training.
  • Run engaging virtual enablement sessions for global revenue teams.
  • Partner with sales leadership to close performance gaps and enablement initiatives.
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching on discovery, pitching, objections, and deals.
  • Embed MEDDICC, Sandler, or Challenger in sales training.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, decks, battlecards, and guides.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related revenue-facing role (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional or trainer.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills; able to engage in-person and virtually.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and buyer psychology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing learning platforms/tools (Seismic, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Zoom) and PM skills.
