๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Define CX enablement strategy and quarterly roadmap.
  • Partner with CX leadership to align enablement with retention, CSAT, and growth.
  • Design onboarding and evergreen programs for Account Managers and Support.
  • Create scalable CX assets (playbooks, guides) and govern content.
  • Collaborate with Product/PMM on launches and new programming.
  • Define success metrics and use data to drive improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue or CX Enablement; 1-2 years in SaaS/CS.
  • Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs for CX/AM/Support.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, PMM, RevOps, and CX.
  • Strong understanding of CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, retention, expansion).
  • Experience with enablement tools (LMS, Guru, Gong, Zendesk).
  • Excellent executive communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
