- Define CX enablement strategy and quarterly roadmap.
- Partner with CX leadership to align enablement with retention, CSAT, and growth.
- Design onboarding and evergreen programs for Account Managers and Support.
- Create scalable CX assets (playbooks, guides) and govern content.
- Collaborate with Product/PMM on launches and new programming.
- Define success metrics and use data to drive improvements.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue or CX Enablement; 1-2 years in SaaS/CS.
- Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs for CX/AM/Support.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, PMM, RevOps, and CX.
- Strong understanding of CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, retention, expansion).
- Experience with enablement tools (LMS, Guru, Gong, Zendesk).
- Excellent executive communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
