- Understanding of sales processes, prospecting, and deal execution; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance insights and stakeholder feedback to diagnose issues and optimize enablement interventions.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
