🎯 Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Training roles.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design capability; build scalable programs.
  • Understanding of sales processes, prospecting, and deal execution; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance insights and stakeholder feedback to diagnose issues and optimize enablement interventions.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
