📋 Description

  • Own enablement content creation, governance, distribution, and optimization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and CS to activate content strategy.
  • Build and maintain decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and talking points.
  • Lead readiness: ensure teams know what to use and when to influence pipeline.
  • Drive revenue outcomes via scalable enablement and assets.
  • Align messaging with buyers through cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue ops.
  • Experience owning and optimizing a content system.
  • Track record of creating and driving adoption of enablement materials.
  • Bonus: 2+ years in a commercial SaaS/FinTech role (AE/CSM/PMM).
  • Content fluency with strong writing and asset development.
  • Operational rigor and cross-functional collaboration.
