  • Own sales enablement program execution for NA EDU sales.
  • Deliver onboarding and ramp programs for Account Executives, SDRs, and SEs.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Ops.
  • Equip sales teams with knowledge, tools, content, and processes.
  • Support enablement initiatives aligned to D2Lโ€™s NA EDU strategy.
  • Coordinate and facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, certifications, and revenue kickoffs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Ops.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced technology or SaaS sales organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
  • Analytical and data-driven problem solving.
