  • Deep understanding of CS motion, health scoring, QBR/EBR.
  • Experience with AI-powered CS tools: conversational intelligence.
  • Familiarity with CS platforms: Gainsight, Salesforce, Gong, LMS.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with CS Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance.
  • Strong facilitation and communication; async learning and live workshops.
  • Ability to translate complex product value into training and narratives.
