  • Own a quarterly enablement roadmap tied to pipeline, conversion, win rate, and cycle time.
  • Build onboarding and continuous learning for BDRs and sales teams; implement coaching cadences.

🎯 Requirements

  • Engineering background is a must
  • Enablement/training experience or proven success as SDR/BDR/AE/Sales Manager in B2B SaaS
  • Proven impact on ramp, conversion, win rate, cycle time
  • Data-driven, cross-functional partner; able to define metrics and scale programs
  • Familiar with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, and BANT
  • Experience across SMB to Enterprise, inbound, outbound, PLG-to-sales, partner
