  • Design and execute a unified Support Enablement strategy.
  • Build onboarding, certification, and learning programs using Articulate and Workramp.
  • Align enablement with CSAT, retention, resolution time, and efficiency goals.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to embed AI in support workflows.
  • Develop product knowledge programs and release education for reps.
  • Create governance for content, playbooks, and templates.
  • Drive performance with data, insights, and OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Enablement or similar.
  • Experience with a Customer Support org.
  • Proven KPI improvements: CSAT, resolution time, QA.
  • Strong AI tools and automation knowledge.
  • Knowledge management systems experience.
  • Analytical mindset; data-driven enablement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Cross-functional influence and project mgmt.
