  • Own the EMEA enablement strategy and roadmap, localizing programs across Sales/BDR/Channel.
  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to diagnose gaps and translate into measurable initiatives.
  • Lead rollout of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and operating rhythm.
  • Design onboarding and continuous learning tailored to EMEA cultures and languages.
  • Drive adoption of enablement programs for pipeline, deal progression, forecasting hygiene, and value-based selling.
  • Establish EMEA KPIs and reporting on enablement impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Ops, or senior SaaS roles.
  • Experience across multiple EMEA markets with strong regional GTM dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of AI as a multiplier in enablement and GTM.
  • Proven track record delivering scalable enablement with measurable impact.
  • Proficient in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and value-selling frameworks.
  • Based in London (LON-01); English fluency; travel across EMEA.
