Revenue Cycle Specialist (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Answer calls and emails from clients, insurers, and patients professionally.
• Note all communications expediently.
• Review patient documentation for accuracy and qualification.
• Approve/create sales orders; review orders for accuracy.
• Manage shipments by sending sales orders when ready for delivery.
• Bill claims and invoices by electronic, paper, or card payment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate’s in Business or Finance preferred; HS/GED required.
• 3+ years of DME AR/billing experience.
• Brightree and Salesforce knowledge strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
